However, to attract and keep the best talent we suggest that you try to match local benefits that are given to full-time employees, such as a 13th month bonus (pro-rated every month) and paid time off. Additional benefits can include health insurance, social security, and housing assistance.

You pay the 30% recruitment on the annual salary upon placement. For example if you hire someone that is $800 a month, that is $9,600 a year. Our one time fee will be $2,880. A $500 deposit (removed from the final fee) is required to start your project but is refunded if we are unable to present you with at least three suitable candidates.
